What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We have started an affiliate program, and for those super affiliates who are producing I want to design a customer banner that they can use on their site that shows their affiliation with us.
This design will be for one of those affiliates. On the affiliate site they are using our Free Video of the Week to drive clicks to our home site.
I have enclosed an image so you can see how they are doing it now, but you can also see it live toward the bottom of this page:

You can see that she uses a text link now that says, "Click to Check Out over 100 Jewelry Making Professor videos"
I want a nice 250x250 banner that she can use in place of the text, and use in other places on her website.
I want the banner to look like a partnership so it will have three key elements:
1) The Jewelry Making Professor Logo
2) Something that picks up on design elements from her site. I realize there's not a lot there to work with.
3) Sales oriented text like: View Hundreds of Online Videos, Click Here Now
